Erin McCance completed a master’s degree program in wildlife biology, where she researched the urban deer population in Winnipeg. She recently finished her doctoral work at the University of Manitoba.
An active member since 2011, McCance is now a consultant with Joro Consulting, a local firm that focuses on environmental and biological research. As a member of the millennial generation, McCance will speak about why wildlife matter to new wildlife professionals.
McCance knew that whatever her future career would be, she wanted it to involve animals.
