You’ll find it in Louisville!
No matter what your brand or mission, chances are you will find your audience at The Wildlife Society’s Annual Conference. We regularly have attendees from all 50 U.S. states, several Canadian provinces, sovereign tribes, and beyond. Our attendees are researchers, executives, technicians, professors, land managers, decision-makers, policy analysts, statisticians, students, and more. They work across all sectors including state, provincial, and federal agencies, tribal governments, corporations, non-profits, and universities/colleges. Outside of work, they enjoy traveling, hunting, fishing, birdwatching, hiking, kayaking, camping, photographing, and most other forms of outdoor recreation.
Exhibits will be located in Grand Ballroom ABC. The Wildlife Society has partnered with a general show contractor, Stetson Convention Services. Prior to the show, all confirmed exhibitors will receive an exhibitor kit directly from Stetson containing sample shipping labels, the shipping address, and order forms should you need to order electrical or additional furnishings for your booth. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to order and pay for any additional goods or services needed for your booth. Booth size is 10×10. Each booth will automatically include one table, two chairs, a trash can, and a simple identification sign. Booth selection is expected to start in early September upon completion of the final floor plan. The ballroom is carpeted and will be locked each evening.
Sponsors and Exhibitors will receive a unique code from TWS that will allow them to register for the event at no additional cost through our Registration page. The number of code uses will correspond to the level of sponsorship at the event.
