Want to also attend the NASBR Meeting in Edmonton? We’ve added a one-day pass option to our registration form for The North American Society for Bat Research (NASBR). The pass costs an additional $175 for students and $270 for professionals and will grant you access to NASBR sessions on October 9, 2025. For more information on the NASBR meeting or to register for the entire conference, click here.

Seeking a waiver or discount on registration? In general, TWS will not waive registration fees. However, some speakers based in low- and middle-income countries and locations may have access to fee waivers and discounts consistent with our policy on open access publication, available here. To qualify for the discount, you must reside in the country eligible for the discount. Please contact Cameron Kovach for more information.

Interested in volunteering or mentoring at the conference? During registration, you will find a box to check if you are interested in volunteering or mentoring. Volunteers and mentors play a crucial role in supporting the attendee experience. You will be contacted by our Meeting Planner/Volunteer Coordinator to confirm your shifts in advance of the conference.  Thank you for your interest!

Looking for a hotel room? Book your stay at The Westin Edmonton using our discounted room rates. Click here for more information about this year’s official host hotel. We are also offering rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott Edmonton Downtown.
